We service microscopes from anywhere is the world! For local clients (Boston, MA area and throughout southeastern New England), we offer on-site services with ongoing contracts or for emergency repairs. Mostly, clients send their equipment to our shop by courier or shipping service. A few even drop off scopes and balances for repair.

Emergency Repairs

If you need an emergency repair done, get the microscope to our facility and within 24 hours -- usually-- it's repaired and on its way back to you. You choose the level of urgency and we respond in kind! If you need us to come on site to repair or install or adjust a sensitive product... we can arrange that.

Maintenance Programs

Depending on their use, microscopes should receive routine service once, twice, or even four times a year. Let us manage this periodic, preventive maintenance for your microscopes. We'll perform the following tasks:

• Complete cleaning of all optical surfaces
• Lubrication of all moving mechanisms
• Adjustments and realignments
• Thorough cleaning of all external surfaces

Lowest-cost Service -- Drop-Off or Ship-In

We always encourage customers to send their microscopes to us for service. Work at our facility can be performed at more cost-effective rates. You can drop off equipment or ship it to us for repairs or maintenance. No contract is required, just tell us what's wrong on what you like us to do!

Contract Services -- On-site, drop-off, or mail-in

Many customers work with us on a contract basis that suits their precise needs and budget. Added benefits include:
